LCKY Group Celebrates International Women's Day 2026

At LCKY Group we are delighted to mark International Women's Day by celebrating the achievements and contributions of the women who form an integral part of our team.

"Why Women will define iGaming’s Next Phase of Innovation"

Claudia Ginex – People Director at LCKY Group took part in GameOn’s Women Leading the Next Era of iGaming Innovation.

GO: Where do you see women having the greatest influence on iGaming innovation today, and in which roles or decision points?

CG: Women are exerting growing influence on iGaming innovation, particularly as their presence in leadership continues to rise across product, technology and executive roles.

One of the most impactful areas is product and player experience leadership. Women serving as CPOs, Heads of UX and Game Directors are shaping more intuitive, mobile-first and inclusive platforms. Their influence often extends beyond feature design into broader strategic decisions. This includes how games are positioned, how engagement is sustained and how trust is built. As more women move into senior product roles, they are helping shift innovation from purely mechanics driven development to experience-led ecosystems.

The increasing adoption of AI across iGaming is another major inflection point. Women in data science, CRM and analytics leadership are influencing how AI is used. This is not just for revenue optimization, but for personalization, fraud detection and responsible gaming. Decision points around AI ethics, automation boundaries and player protection frameworks are becoming central innovation levers. Female leaders are playing a visible role in ensuring AI is deployed in ways that balance commercial performance with sustainability.

At the executive level, the rise of women in CEO, COO and board positions is reshaping investment and growth priorities. Strategic decisions about platform modernization, M&A, and market expansion increasingly reflect a long term perspective that integrates compliance, technology and brand trust.

Importantly, the industry is also seeing stronger advocacy for work-life balance and sustainable leadership cultures. As more women ascend to leadership, conversations around flexible work, burnout prevention and inclusive team structures are becoming normalised. This cultural evolution supports better talent retention and healthier innovation cycles.

Overall, women’s greatest influence today lies not only in specific roles, but in redefining how innovation, AI adoption and leadership culture coexist within modern iGaming.
