Alex currently serves as Group Chief Technology Officer at LCKY Group, bringing over 20 years of experience working in regulated markets where he has led large scale transformations in Retail and Investment Banking.
He has also worked at several FinTechs, responsible for establishing teams while designing and delivering platforms in fast paced start up environments, winning several awards for his leadership.
Alex joined from Light and Wonder where he was brought in to turn around a large global engineering function, and completed the change to a product led, data led function.
Alex is a practitioner of servant based leadership, putting people at the centre of everything he does.
•Mel currently serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Lcky Group, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience within the iGaming industry.
•Before joining Lcky Group, she held multiple senior roles at BVGroup.
•Her career spans consultancy, people and project management, outsourcing, sales, and organisational leadership, with experience at FTSE 250 and blue-chip companies including Capita, EDS, Dimension Data, Volkswagen, General Motors, and William Hill.
•Beyond her iGaming expertise, Mel holds an MSc in Management, Learning and Leadership, and is a qualified Organisational Psychologist.
